Traveling solo has its own set of adventures, and my recent trip to Brussels was no exception. I signed up for a waffle-making class, and to my delight, I was paired up with another British girl. The experience was nothing short of magical, thanks to our incredible host, Jose.
From the moment we walked in, Jose greeted us with a warm smile and an enthusiasm that was infectious. He was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the art of waffle-making. We felt like we were in the best hands as he guided us through the process, sharing tips and tricks along the way.
The highlight of the class was, of course, making six different types of waffles! From classic Belgian waffles to ones with a modern twist, each waffle was a masterpiece in its own right. Jose made sure we were comfortable and having fun, which made the experience even more memorable.
